Dustin Eiler is currently the Head of Customer Happiness at Net32. Dustin has previous experience working as the Manager of Customer Advocacy at KIXEYE from March 2013 to June 2016. In this position, they were responsible for directly managing and coaching over 16 customer support agents that provided support to users of Massively Multiplayer Online Real Time Strategy games. Dustin also oversaw the customer data migration into Zendesk and developed reporting, macros, and automation.
