Sudha Shah is an experienced leader in data and analytics, currently serving as VP of Data and Analytics at Net32 Inc since July 2025. Prior roles include overseeing Marketing Data Platforms at The Home Depot and serving as Senior Director of Analytics at Cardlytics. With a strong history at The Home Depot, Sudha managed teams focused on audience activation strategies and marketing experiment governance, while developing comprehensive data workflows to optimize media buying. Sudha's past experience also includes directing marketing analytics for BBDO Worldwide and serving as Senior Research Director at Brockington and Associates. Educational achievements include advanced degrees in Anthropology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Mathematics from Georgia State University.
