The National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA) is a professional association that serves public television licensees and educational entities in all 50 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Since 1967, our reason for existing has been to connect public television people and ideas, by providing quality programming, educational resources, professional development, management support, and national representation.
The NETA is one of the nation's leading service organizations strengthening and amplifying public media's education mission. We are a 501(c)(3) membership organization providing leadership, support, and services to individual public media licensees, their affinity groups, and the public media system as a whole.

The Accounting and Finance team at NETA is responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. This team ensures the accurate tracking of funds, compliance with financial regulations, and efficient allocation of resources to support NETA's mission of enhancing public media education. Additionally, they provide financial insights and support to other departments, facilitating sound decision-making and strategic planning.
