Victoria Lilti

Victoria Lilti serves as the Global Innovation and M&A Lead at Netafim since December 2016, overseeing global innovation initiatives and participating in M&A processes. Victoria also managed irrigation projects in North and Sub-Saharan Africa and has a background as a commercial agronomist in the Africa Business Unit of Netafim. Previously, Victoria participated in a leadership development program at Orbia, engaging in strategic projects while pursuing project management responsibilities. Early experience includes roles in agronomy and strategic analysis, alongside internships in sustainable development and viticulture. Victoria holds an MBA focused on technology and innovation from Tel Aviv University and an engineering degree specializing in water and environmental management from L'Institut Agro Montpellier.
