Jeff Pontes

Jeff Pontes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication and enablement strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Internal Education at NetApp since May 2019, Jeff has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Internal Enablement and Editor In Chief. Prior experience includes significant positions at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed leading global sales communications for Watson IoT and driving category marketing initiatives. Jeff's earlier roles include Senior Vice President at leopard | an Ogilvy Company, specializing in collaborative marketing strategies, as well as various account and media positions at firms such as Wunderman New York and Pro Media, Inc. Jeff Pontes holds a BA in Communications from Syracuse University.
