Shoshana Isaac

Shoshana Isaac is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Employment Law at NetApp since May 2025, Shoshana previously held the position of Sr. Director and Associate General Counsel at Juniper Networks, where responsibilities included leading the global employment law function and collaborating with HR and business leadership. Prior roles include Asst General Counsel/Director of Employment Law at Mozilla, where Shoshana established the employment and compliance function, and Managing Counsel for Employment and Compliance at Broadcom, recognized with the President's Award for legal counseling. Shoshana began a legal career as a contractor with Baker & McKenzie, focusing on international employment matters and later served as a summer associate and research assistant at various legal firms and institutions. Shoshana holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. from The George Washington University.
