Yael Markley

Yael Markley, MA, ACC, serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Development at NetApp, where expertise in performance management and leadership development drives the creation of comprehensive learning programs for a global workforce. Previously, at Stanford Health Care, Markley held the role of Senior Consultant in Talent Development, focusing on enhancing employee and leadership capabilities through customized solutions. With experience at Abbott as a Manager of Talent and Organization Consulting, Markley provided strategic talent solutions to the Global Medical Devices Divisions. Earlier positions at Stanford Health Care involved leadership in training and organization development initiatives, applying methodologies such as LEAN and ADDIE. Markley began a career in administrative management at Stanford University, supporting scheduling and operational guidelines for the Anesthesia department. Markley earned an MA in Global Marketing Communication and Advertising from Emerson College and a BA in Communications and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
