Call Center Manager at NETbilling

Brian attended Antelope Valley College to pursue a degree in computer science. He joined the NETbilling family in May, 2004 as call center agent, worked his way up to a lead representative, and in 2008 became the head call center supervisor. In mid-2015, after 11 years of dedication, Brian was promoted to NETbilling’s call center manager position. He manages an excellent team of supervisors and call center agents. He assists in new call center client setups, along with staff hiring and training. Brian is passionate about maintaining client satisfaction and providing his staff with a great work environment with the opportunity for growth.
