Fabio Brugnoli

Fabio Brugnoli is the Head of Training at Netcall. Fabio has over three years of experience in business systems and technical learning and development, delivering training to colleagues within the Hudson group.

Brugnoli's key duties include liaising with colleagues at all levels across Europe to ensure that the in-house CRM / Database (TDK) is used in a consistent way across the business, as well as delivery of CRM / Database training via instructor-based sessions or Webex. Fabio also works with users on a daily basis when bugs/issues are raised to investigate the problem further and in enough detail to be able to provide the development team the information to progress.

In addition, Brugnoli takes an active involvement in identifying changes to the database and creating a suite of online learning modules to support the delivery of CRM training.

Fabio Brugnoli attended Preston Manor high school and received a certification from Netcall in Liberty Create Low-code Certified Builder.

They are on a team with Mandi Crusco - HR Director, Richard Billington - Chief Technology Officer, and Mark Holmes - Chief Sales Officer. and Jonathan Redsell - Trainer reports to Fabio Brugnoli. Fabio Brugnoli reports to Henrik Bang, Chief Executive Officer.
