Davide Bertolotto

Davide Bertolotto has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Davide started their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant at Politecnico di Torino. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Paul Scherrer Institute. In 2011, they joined Alstom Power as a Development Engineer Cycle Modeling and continued in this role until 2015. Davide then moved to GE Power, where they initially served as a Thermal Engineer from 2015 to 2017 and later as a Lead Engineer in Thermal Dynamics & Tools from 2017 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Netcetera - Software matters as a Senior Software Developer and Technical Coordinator.

Davide Bertolotto holds a Ph.D. in Energy from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. During this period, their field of study focused on energy, specifically nuclear energy. Prior to their Ph.D., Davide completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Energy and Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Energy Engineering, was also earned from Politecnico di Torino between 2000 and 2003. Again, energy, particularly in the nuclear field, was the main focus of their education.
