Ivana Paskoska

Ivana Paskoska has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder at Fuckup Nights Skopje in 2023. This initiative focuses on sharing stories of professional failure through events held worldwide.

Prior to that, Ivana worked at Netcetera - Software matters from 2017 onwards. Ivana'sroles included Marketing Coordinator, where they developed strategic marketing initiatives and implemented marketing plans. Ivana also served as a Digital Marketing Specialist, responsible for recruitment marketing strategies and executing social media activities. Additionally, Ivana worked as an Administration & Marketing Support, contributing to various administrative and marketing tasks.

Ivana's experience also includes positions at Brainobrain Europe Official, where they were an Associate Manager, leading a multi-disciplinary team and managing the organization's operations. Ivana also served as a Senior Lecturer, during which time they contributed to the organization's budgeting, marketing, and financial reporting.

Finally, Ivana started their career at Upwork as a Content Manager, where they honed their skills in managing content.

Ivana Paskoska's education history includes a range of qualifications and certifications in various fields. In 2009, they enrolled in the Faculty of Philology "Blazhe Koneski" at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree. During their time there, their field of study focused on English Language and Literature, specifically in the areas of General Language Interpretation and Translation. Ivana successfully completed their Bachelor's Degree in 2015.

In 2020, Ivana attended the London School of Public Relations and obtained a Diploma of Education with a specialization in Fundamentals of Public Relations. Following that, in 2021, they enrolled in the Oxford Home Study Center OHSC and earned a Diploma of Education with a concentration in Marketing.

Continuing their education, Ivana joined the HubSpot Academy in 2021 to expand their knowledge in digital marketing. Ivana completed two courses offered by the academy, receiving certifications in Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing, respectively.

Looking ahead, Ivana has plans to pursue a Master's in Business and Management. Ivana is scheduled to start this program at IE Business School in 2023.
