Norbert Simkovic

Norbert Simkovic has extensive work experience in the software and IT consulting industry. Norbert currently serves as a Senior Product Owner and Requirement Engineer at Netcetera - Software matters starting in May 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Cognizant from November 2017 to April 2021, holding positions such as E2E Test Manager and E2E Test Manager / BA. Norbert also worked briefly as an IT Consultant at QIQ Qcentris Intelligent Quality GmbH in September and November 2017.

Their earlier experiences include roles at Accenture, where they worked as a Software Test Manager from May 2016 to August 2017. Norbert also served as a Test Analyst for one of the largest banks in Switzerland, providing expertise in test planning, construction, and execution of test scripts. Additionally, they worked as a Test Engineer - Programmer and Software Tester, contributing to the creation and execution of test scripts for a well-known client in cloud technology solutions. Throughout their career, Norbert has been involved in defect management using tools such as HP Quality Center.

Norbert Simkovic obtained a Master's Degree in Air Traffic Management from Technical University Kosice, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Tosca - Automation Engineer Level 1, Tosca - Automation Specialist Level 1 and Level 2, Tosca - Test Design Specialist Level 1 and Level 2, ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level, Test Analyst, ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level, Test Manager, and ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level. These certifications were obtained between 2014 and 2017.
