Smiljka Shoshkoska Gjorgjieva

Smiljka Shoshkoska Gjorgjieva has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and psychology. Starting in 2003, they worked as a psychologist for the Defense for Children Rights NGO, providing psychological support to children and completing administrative tasks. In 2005, they worked as a Coordinator for Human Dynamics & ECO Belgium. From 2007 to 2011, they were an HR Consultant and Trainer for Triple S Group. In 2011, they became an HR Manager for RE:AKTIV. Smiljka also worked as a Psychologist and Trainer as a freelancer during this time. In 2017, they joined Netcetera - Software matters as a Senior Human Capital Manager and later became the Deputy Head of Human Capital Management in Macedonia. In 2020, they became the Head of HCM Operations for MK, ME, and APAC, and in 2023, they were promoted to the Group Head of Human Capital Management.

Smiljka Shoshkoska Gjorgjieva holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. Smiljka also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, Smiljka has pursued Gestalt Psychotherapy at Gestalt Institut Skopje. Furthermore, they have obtained certification as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in September 2021.
