Alex Rylance McIpd

Alex Rylance MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources UK at Netcompany since August 2022, Alex is responsible for promoting a culture of inclusion and success while implementing policies that elevate employee voice and well-being. Prior to this role, Alex worked at WPP as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where efforts included driving organizational design and change management practices. Previous positions include Senior Organisation Change Manager at John Lewis Partnership, HR Business Partner at Waitrose & Partners, and Recruitment and Development Manager at John Lewis. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management from the University of Surrey and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
