Maja Bergstrøm

Maja Bergstrøm currently serves as Manager of Digital Transformation & OCM at Netcompany, focusing on large-scale digital transformation projects and organizational changes within the Financial Services industry. As the Owner of Northgate Collective, a jewellery workshop in Copenhagen, Maja emphasizes classic Nordic design through the collaboration of five independent makers. Prior experience includes senior management roles at PA Consulting, Capture One, TDC Group, Pentia, Valtech, 1508 A/S, Marketsquare A/S, and Lindblad Communication, where Maja has led various digital transformation and agile projects. Maja holds a Master of Arts in Spanish from the University of Copenhagen and has furthered education in Creative Communication at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole.
