Mahesh attended Harvard Business School in 2012 for Executive Education in Building a Global Enterprise in India. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA from SIES College of Management Studies in India from 1998 to 2000 with a focus on marketing.

Mahesh completed their Bachelor of Commerce from SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce SION(W) at Mumbai University from 1995 to 1998.

Before their bachelor's degree, they obtained their HSC from Somaiya College of Arts, Science & Commerce in Mumbai from 1993 to 1995.

Lastly, their formal education began in General Education Academy, where they completed their SSC from the Mumbai Board from 1983 to 1993.

In addition to their educational background, Mahesh Narayanan has also obtained several certifications, including Strategic Thinking and Guy Kawasaki on Entrepreneurship from LinkedIn, acquired in December 2019 and July 2019, respectively.
