Praveen Sridhar

Praveen Sridhar currently serves as Vice President - Growth and Customer Advocacy at Netcore Cloud, focusing on growth, retention, and customer advocacy since July 2023. Prior to this role, Praveen was the Head of Customer Delight at Lummo, working with an omnichannel engagement platform aimed at enhancing customer engagement for businesses. At Freshworks, Praveen held dual roles as Head of Sales Engineering and Senior Product Consultant. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Presales Manager and Delivery Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where Praveen led the successful execution of sensitive online examinations and developed innovative product features. Praveen holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing from the University of Madras and a BTech in Information Technology from Velammal Engineering College.
