Rinsy Sebastian Csm® Capm (IAPM)

Rinsy Sebastian has over 15 years of work experience, with a focus on project management and resource management. Rinsy started their career as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems in 2007 and worked in that role until 2010. In 2010, Rinsy joined Netcore Solutions as a Project Manager and served in that role for 9 years. In 2019, Rinsy moved to Raw Engineering and continued working as a Project Manager until 2022. Currently, Rinsy is employed as an AVP-Resource & Project Manager at Netcore Cloud. With their extensive experience in project management, Rinsy has developed strong skills in coordinating resources and managing projects effectively. They have proven expertise in delivering successful outcomes and are certified as a CSM® and CAPM(IAPM).

Rinsy Sebastian CSM® CAPM(IAPM) attended the Hi-Tech Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a B.E EXTC degree. Additionally, they earned several certifications, including the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and Simplilearn Solutions Private Limited in July 2019. They also obtained the Certified Agile Project Manager certification from the IAPM International Association of Project Managers in March 2021. Furthermore, they received various certifications related to Agile Project Management from LinkedIn throughout 2020, such as "Prepare for the PMI ACP Certification," "Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project," "Agile Project Management: Comparing Agile Tools," "Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum," "Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings," "Agile at Work: Getting Better with Agile Retrospectives," "Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards," "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team," "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)," and "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management." They also completed the "Agile Foundations" course from LinkedIn in July 2020.
