Matthew Steele has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries.

Matthew started their career as a Document Imaging Coordinator at AvidXchange, Inc., where they played a key role in building the document imaging department.

Matthew then moved on to RoundPoint Financial Group and IKON Office Solutions, where they worked as a Records Management Specialist and an On-Site Services Specialist respectively, handling tasks such as scanning and indexing documents related to the mortgage industry.

Matthew then transitioned into the IT field, working at Core Technology Solutions as a Service Provider, troubleshooting Windows and Apple machines.

Matthew further enhanced their technical skills at MacTech Computer Services as a Lead Service Technician and General Manager, and later at Carolinas HealthCare System as an Apple Technician and Project Technician.

Matthew then worked at Blue Line Technologies, Inc. as an Apple Certified Support Professional and Technical Analyst, specializing in troubleshooting Apple products and providing support for residential and enterprise technology.

Following this, Matthew joined Unisys as a Field Engineer, primarily responsible for replacing parts under Dell warranty.

Matthew then served as a Customer Engineer at HP, providing technical support to customers.

Currently, Matthew is employed at neteffect technologies LLC as a Support Engineer and T1 Team Lead.

Matthew Steele obtained a GED in General Studies from Central Piedmont Community College in 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the NSE 2 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet in 2019, the NSE 1 Network Security Associate certification in 2018, and various hardware certifications from Dell, HP, and Lenovo. Additionally, they completed several certification courses in warranty service, Apple products, and CompTIA A+.
