Stephen L. Winfield Sr.

Stephen L. Winfield Sr., PMP, SSM, CSM, CSPO, is an accomplished Senior Project Manager currently employed at neteffects since December 2021, specializing in implementation plans and cost-benefit analyses. With prior experience at Celeste Consulting, the State of Louisiana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, and other organizations, Stephen has successfully managed large-scale projects, coordinated cross-team efforts, and developed project plans that enhance operational efficiency. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law degree from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy with a Sociology minor from the University of Southern Indiana, along with certifications in project management.
