Andrés Carballo

Andrés Carballo is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence, currently serving as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Netex Learning since September 2025. Prior to this role, Andrés was the AI Leader at BotsLovers from February 2021 to August 2025 and co-founded Merlocode, contributing from June 2019 to August 2025. Andrés also held the position of CTO at UVI24 between August 2020 and February 2022, and led innovation projects as Head of Innovation Projects at Cadifornia from November 2018 to February 2021. In addition to entrepreneurial ventures, Andrés co-founded M.I.A. bot and served as CTO at Marketeer from January 2016 to August 2018. A foundational experience includes work as a Developer at ViClone from February 2011 to December 2015 and as a Programming Professor for Technical Industrial Engineers at Edutec (Ferrol) from July 2009 to January 2010. Andrés holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Electronics from Escuela Universitaria Politécnica de Ferrol, completed between 2004 and 2010.
