Arianna Benedetti, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of people analytics with extensive experience in behavioral research and data science. Currently serving as a Senior People Scientist at Netflix, Arianna previously held multiple roles at Airbnb, including Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist in People Analytics, as well as a Data Scientist Intern. Arianna's consultancy work as a Behavioral Research & Data Science Consultant complements a solid academic foundation, having earned both a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Arianna has experience as a Graduate Student Instructor, contributing to the education of future scholars in social-personality psychology.
