Brooks Reynolds

Brooks Reynolds is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting for technical and engineering roles. Currently serving in Talent Acquisition for Science and Engineering Leadership at Netflix since February 2021, Brooks has previously held senior positions at Amazon as a Senior Executive Science Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, as well as Director of Recruiting at Vacasa. Responsibilities included developing and implementing recruiting strategies, mentoring recruiters, collaborating with hiring managers, and managing the full recruitment cycle. Brooks also gained valuable experience in talent acquisition at Bodybuilding.com and TEKsystems.
