Busi Sizani

Busi Sizani serves as the Director of Inclusion Strategy for EMEA at Netflix since October 2024, and concurrently holds leadership roles at AND Digital as Chairperson of the Advisory & World Issues Steering Committee and Deputy Chair of the Advisory Committee. As a co-founder of The Inclusion Company and founder of Legacy Creates, a media consultancy, Busi Sizani focuses on content creation and commercial strategies for creatives. Previously, Sizani was the Senior Director and Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Deliveroo, leading initiatives at Uber in various DE&I and people development roles. Busi Sizani's extensive experience includes positions at Endemol, Octagon, Kofi Productions, and Clockwork Zoo, with a strong educational background featuring a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and executive education from Harvard Business School.
