Caroline Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and consumer insights. Currently serving as the Director of Global Product and Consumer Insights at Netflix since November 2017, Caroline leads UX and business strategy research initiatives to enhance the global member experience. Previously, as Head of Insights & Innovation at Samsung Electronics from September 2014 to November 2017, Caroline oversaw insights across all product categories in Australia. Caroline's tenure at American Express from January 2011 to September 2014 included directing a global team focused on consumer insights across various product markets. Caroline also served as the Consumer Insights Team Leader at Tesco from November 2005 to October 2009, where responsibilities included training the insights team and managing the shopper insight program. Caroline's career began in various agency roles, specializing in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from CIM and two Bachelor's degrees from Bond University in Commerce and Communications.
