Chandler Blaid Burgess

Chandler Blaid Burgess is a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix and has a diverse background in software engineering and leadership roles. Prior to Netflix, Chandler was a member of the Racial Equity Advancement Leadership team and Co-Chair of the African Ancestry Network while working as a Software Engineer at Intuit. Chandler also held the position of Gordon Scholar at Jacobs School of Engineering and served as Facilities Supervisor at UC San Diego Sports Facilities. Chandler gained initial industry experience through a Software Engineer Internship at Intuit. Chandler earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego, completing studies from 2012 to 2017, and attended Fairfax High School from 2008 to 2012.
