Cheryl Guerin

Cheryl Guerin is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in employment law. Since June 2008, Cheryl has held various positions at Netflix, advancing from Employment Counsel to Senior Director of Employment Legal. Prior to joining Netflix, Cheryl served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Oracle from August 1994 to June 2008 and worked as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 1992 to 1994. Cheryl earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) between 1989 and 1992 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from UCLA, completed in 1989.
