Eric Hawkins leads the strategic HR function across Netflix's Global Content and Marketing; including Netflix Original Series, International Originals, Non-fiction/Unscripted, Feature Films, Documentaries, Licensing, Acquisitions, Animation and all Marketing functions globally. Previously he was the SVP of Human Resources for OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network.
