Estelle Blemand-Zaïre is an experienced professional in brand strategy and inclusion within the media and creative industries. Currently serving as the Title Inclusion Strategy Manager at Netflix since May 2019, Estelle leads initiatives to enhance representation in content and marketing across France, Italy, DACH, and Spain. In addition, Estelle is the Black@ France ERG Lead, fostering community and support for employees from marginalized backgrounds.
