Hemamalini K. has extensive experience in technical program management and quality assurance, currently serving as Director of Technical Program Management for Content Business Product & Ads at Netflix since June 2013. Hemamalini's role involves spearheading the development of a unified digital studio that enhances content production. Prior to this, Hemamalini held positions at Netflix as Senior Technical Program Manager and Senior QA Engineer, focusing on A/B testing and cross-functional projects. Hemamalini's previous experience includes serving as QA Manager at Conductor, Inc., Lead Data Analyst at Lehman Brothers, and Lead Software QA Engineer at DoubleClick, where Hemamalini led an offshore team while utilizing Agile methodologies. Hemamalini earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Fordham University between 2003 and 2004.
