Shona Kerr

Shona Kerr is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Director/Senior Counsel at Netflix since July 2019, Shona previously held roles at the BBC as Senior Legal and Business Affairs Manager for Scripted Drama, and at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as Director of Legal and Business Affairs for International Studios. Prior experience includes legal counsel positions at Universal Pictures International Entertainment and NBC Universal, as well as a foundation in employment law at Olswang. Shona began the legal career as a trainee solicitor with diverse placements in media communications, real estate, and employment law. Educational credentials include a GDL and LPC from BPP Law School and a degree in English Literature and Classics from The University of Edinburgh.
