Stefan Gerlicz

Stefan Gerlicz is an accomplished sustainability professional with extensive experience in advancing corporate sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Sustainability at Netflix since March 2023, Stefan leads efforts to meet the company’s 2030 climate commitments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement key emissions reductions strategies. Previously, as Director of Sustainability Solutions at ENGIE Impact, Stefan supported Netflix's Net Zero strategy and managed emissions reduction projects focused on renewable energy and fleet electrification. Prior experience includes roles at 3Degrees Group, Inc. and Tesla, where Stefan spearheaded sustainability programs, developed strategic roadmaps, and conducted greenhouse gas inventories. Stefan holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Global Resource Systems from The University of British Columbia.
