Teresa Bow is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across the human resources spectrum. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner for Finance & Strategy at Netflix since September 2018, Teresa has also held positions such as Talent Partner for Product and Senior Employee Services Generalist. Prior experience includes working as HR Business Partner for North America Presales & Sales Operations at Workday and as an HR Generalist at WhiteHat Security, where responsibilities included delivering HR services, conducting orientations, and performing exit interviews. Teresa started the HR career as a Resource Coordinator at ZeroChaos, facilitating onboarding processes for contingent workers at NetApp. Teresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
