Yasmin Sotomayor

Yasmin Sotomayor, MBA, serves as the Director of HR Business Partner at Netflix, leading the Global Talent strategy across Talent Experience Operations, HR Business Partners, and Inclusion Strategy since September 2019. Previously, Yasmin was responsible for HRBP operations for Netflix's Global Finance & Operations teams, as well as guiding Inclusion & Diversity efforts through Employee Resource Groups focused on historically underrepresented communities. Prior roles include leadership positions at Grindr, the Los Angeles Times, OpenX, and Discovery Inc., spanning various HR functions from generalist to director. Yasmin holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
