David Kay

David Kay has a strong background in regulatory compliance and compliance engineering. David has worked for various companies, including NETGEAR, Cisco Systems, TUV Rheinland of North America, Nortel Networks, Solectron Inc., and Certelecom. Throughout their career, David has held roles such as Director of Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Engineer, Telecom Test Manager, and Homologations Project Manager. David has experience in disciplines such as EMC, Safety, Telecom, NEBS, and Wireless. David's work has involved project management, developing automated test suites, and interfacing with customers.

David Kay attended San Francisco State University in 2014 but did not complete a degree or field of study. From 1982 to 1985, they attended Loyalist College, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in telecommunications communications.
