Valérie Kummer

Valérie Kummer has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Her first job was as an HR Assistant at Medair, where they worked until 2019, taking on roles such as Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Behaviour Change & Communication Manager, and Finance & HR Officer. In 2019, they began working as an HRIS Trainer at Medair and a Consultant RH at ecoRobotix. Valérie currently holds the position of Global Human Resources Manager at Netguardians.

Valérie Kummer began their education in 2003 when they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Social Sciences from the University of Lausanne - UNIL. In 2005-2006, they also obtained a Certificate in Chinese Mandarin from the Beijing Language and Culture University. In 2018, they completed a MAS Management, ressources humaines et carrières in Développement des ressources humaines from the University of Geneva.
