Jaco Verpoorte

Jaco Verpoorte is a Principal R&D Engineer with over three decades of experience at the Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR), where involvement includes managing projects on Antennas, Electromagnetic Compatibility, and Satellite Navigation for Aerospace Applications. Previously, Jaco held the position of Senior R&D Manager/Engineer and led the NLR EMC lab until September 2009. From November 2009 to September 2015, Jaco worked as an R&D Engineer and Project Manager at Stichting PAO Techniek and has also served as an instructor for Post Academic Courses on Electromagnetic Compatibility at Stichting PATO from November 2000 to November 2009. Jaco holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, obtained between 1985 and 1991, and completed secondary education at Scholengemeenschap St. Eloy from 1979 to 1985.
