Gijs van Den Oord

Gijs van den Oord is a Research Engineer at the Netherlands eScience Center, with a background in technical consultancy and scientific software engineering gained during a tenure at Alten PTS from March 2012 to February 2016. Prior to this consultancy role, Gijs van den Oord completed a PhD at Radboud University Nijmegen from 2007 to 2012. Gijs van den Oord holds a master's degree in physics and mathematics from Utrecht University, where studies were undertaken from 1999 to 2007. Education also includes attendance at St. Pieterscollege.
