Łukasz Grzech

Łukasz Grzech has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Łukasz is currently the Head of Finance at Nethone, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at People Can Fly Studio as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) from July 2022 to April 2023.

From January 2017 to June 2022, Łukasz held the position of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at intive - never settle, where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.

Before that, they were the Controlling Manager at ORLEN Upstream in 2016. From June 2013 to December 2015, they worked as a Manager at PKP Energetyka S.A.

Łukasz started their career as an intern at Scottish Enterprise in 2008. Łukasz then worked as a Junior Consultant at Alma CG Polska in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Associate at Deloitte Advisory.

In 2012, they joined POLENERGIA S.A. as an Associate, where they were involved in M&A transactions and financial analysis. Overall, Łukasz Grzech has demonstrated a strong background in finance and analysis throughout their career.

Łukasz Grzech obtained a Master's Degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Warsaw between 2005 and 2010. Additionally, they hold a PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from APMG International.
