Mark Burton

Mark Burton is the current Chief Technical Officer at Nethone. Prior to this, they were the Director of Software Engineering at GeoSentric, where they won the Navteq LBS Challenge and Symbian Star Developer industry awards for GyPSii. Mark has also held the position of Head of Mobile Technology at Yell, where they developed the second generation of Yell's mobile apps.

Mark Burton has a PhD in High Energy Physics from The University of Manchester. Mark also has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Physics from The University of Manchester. Mark is certified from LinkedIn in Agile Development Practices and Lean Technology Strategy: Running Agile at Scale. Mark is also certified from Coursera in Heterogeneous Parallel Programming and Computing for Data Analysis.

Mark Burton reports to Hubert Rachwalski, CEO. They are on a team with Mateusz Czech - COO, Kacper Szcześniak - Co-Founder & Security R&D, and Maciej Pitucha - Chief Data Officer.
