Molly Gascoigne joined NetHope in August 2022 with nearly 20 years of leadership experience raising funds, creating innovative programs, and bringing to life the missions of organizations of all sizes by sharing stories of impact. At NetHope she is responsible for relationships and engagement with the philanthropic community and NetHope’s supporters.
Prior to joining NetHope, Molly was the Director of Development at the ASCRS Foundation, where she led development, marketing and communications, and program development to deliver humanitarian eyecare around the world. Her previous experience includes service at a variety of organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association, United Nations Foundation and several other patient advocacy organizations serving both in headquarters and field-based roles.
With a heart for people, Molly enjoys building meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, corporate leaders, and the community. She is a frequent speaker and trainer at local, regional, and national conferences and organizations. With a history of serving organizations in professional and volunteer capacities, Molly is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those that need it most.
