Trine Rom Hedegaard

Trine Rom Hedegaard is an experienced Service Delivery Manager at Netic A/S since January 2021, previously holding significant roles at Telenor from February 2001 to January 2021, including Product Manager and Roaming Manager. In these positions, Trine led Telenor's transformation project as a Business Owner, focused on digitizing and simplifying customer experiences, and was responsible for the development and implementation of EU roaming regulations. Trine's earlier experience at Sonofon as an International Roaming Coordinator included managing GSMA responsibilities for roaming agreements and services. Trine holds an Associate's Degree in Merkonom from Aalborg Handelsskole, completed between 2000 and 2001, and attended Aalborg Handelsskole from 1991 to 1994.
