Latha Ramesh

Latha Ramesh has overall responsibility for Recruiting, Human Resources, Training, Performance Management, and Career Development. Completing her undergraduate degree at Rice University, she also earned an MBA from the University of Maryland. She has over 20 years of experience working with clients in the commercial, non-profit, and government sectors.

With NetImpact since its inception, she has facilitated the company’s growth through her emphasis on quality client delivery accompanied by a focused recruiting and retention strategy. Prior to NetImpact, Latha worked for a boutique consulting firm supporting Fortune 50 companies as well as in house at Chase Manhattan Bank. She also served as the Information and Technology Officer for Calvert Social Investment Foundation and Practice Manager for a health company.
