Mackens Audena, JD, MBA, PMP, serves as General Counsel and Managing Partner at MBA Growth Partners since June 2019, focusing on legal and business advisory support for small businesses. In addition, Mackens holds the position of Project Manager at NetImpact Strategies Inc. and has been with MBA Consulting as Program Manager and Client Account Lead since May 2012, advising C-level executives on corporate strategy development and managing client relationships. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at Seilevel, Project Lead at Incentive Technology Group, Senior Business Consultant at UnitedHealth Group, and risk management leadership at BB&T. Mackens began the career as a Legal Consultant for various corporate law firms in New York City and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a JD from Howard University School of Law.
