Ray Paris

Ray Paris is an experienced professional with a strong background in defense health and manpower analysis. Currently serving as a Program Manager for the Defense Health Agency's Manpower and Organization Division at NetImpact Strategies Inc. since 2018, Ray also holds the title of Manpower Analyst and Program Manager at Favortech since April 2014. Prior to these roles, Ray was the Director of the Military Health System at Altarum from 2005 to 2014. Ray earned a degree from Southern New Hampshire University between 1979 and 1984.
