Rebecca A. McSweeney

Rebecca A. McSweeney, PMP, serves as the Technical Director and Program Manager at NetImpact Strategies Inc., where Rebecca established the Service Management Practice, expanding operations from one project with three staff to over ten projects with forty team members. Previously, Rebecca worked as a Senior Product Manager at Orange Business Services, developing and managing an ICT service management solution for Fortune 500 clients. Notable roles also included leading the Service Management Practice, where Rebecca created a $100 million annual line of business, and overseeing customer service excellence initiatives. Rebecca holds an MBA in International Finance from The George Washington University and a BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Southern California.
