Yotam Ben Arie

Yotam Ben Arie, CSCP, has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Yotam has worked as the Head of Operations & Maintenance Planning Wing at Netivei Israel, where they were responsible for strategic planning. At The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., they served as the Operations and Logistics Manager. Yotam also worked as the Demand Planning Manager at Diplomat, where they implemented the S&OP process and managed the demand planning department. Yotam was the Director of Sales, Business Development at Israel Postal Company, overseeing various departments and managing information system projects. Yotam has also had experience as a Senior Consultant at Tefen, specializing in operational excellence, and as the Supply Chain Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Diplomat. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Assistant to the CEO at OR Medical Centers, where they led process improvements and procurement cost savings.

Yotam Ben Arie, CSCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Strategy from Recanati Business School - Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Yotam also completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Management from Tel Aviv University, from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Yotam has obtained various certifications from institutions such as APICS Supply Chain Council and APICS, including the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.
