Qian Lin （Charles)

Qian Lin (Charles) has worked in various positions across a variety of industries since 2006. Qian began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they provided assurance services to clients in different fields of industry. In 2009, they joined Shanghai Dong Fang Hui Jin Creative Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (Member of SMG) as an Associate Investment Manager, focusing on TMT investment and investing in 6 companies with a total amount of 300 million RMB. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Huatai Securities as VP of IBD and Senior Associate of IBD, focusing on Cross Board M&A and Domestic M&A Advisory Service for Chinese Companies. During this period, they served over 30 companies, mainly in the TMT and Medical industries, with deals ranging from 100 million to 6 billion RMB. In 2014, they joined CVCapital as a Director, focusing on domestic and cross boarder M&A advisory services. Qian participated in deals such as Jiangsu Wutong Plc. (SZ 300292) acquiring AdInMedia Inc. In 2016, they became CFO/Executive Director at A8 New Media Group A8. In 2018, they joined Qian Hai Tian Qian Culture Fund as Investment Committee Member. In 2021, they began working as CFO/Executive Director at Yunxiang Technology.

Qian Lin (Charles) attended Cambridge Tutors College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an A level in Maths, Physics, and Economics. Qian then attended Imperial College London from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor degree in Material Science and Engineering. In June 2020, they obtained a Chartered Global Management Accountant certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
