Kaya Winn

Kaya Winn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They are currently employed at Netlify as the Director of Engineering. Prior to this, Kaya worked at InVision as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they managed three teams and played a crucial role in building solutions for engineers on a Kubernetes infrastructure. Before InVision, Kaya served as an Engineering Manager at Welcome Home Health and as a Manager at Trans World Health Services, Inc. They also worked as a Sr Project Manager at Nike, a Service Manager at HTG Inc, and a Project Manager at Neofocal Systems, Inc. Kaya's early experience includes serving as the Director at American Red Cross, where they oversaw staffing, IT, and communications. Overall, Kaya has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills throughout their career.

Kaya Winn earned a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1991 and 1995. In 2013, they obtained a Project Manager Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMP). Additionally, in 2014, they completed a Project Management Professional Certification program at the CLIMB Center for Advancement.
