Laura Jodz

Laura Jodz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in support engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Support Engineering at Netlify since August 2018, Laura has achieved significant improvements in service metrics, including a 10% increase in SLA achievement and a 47-minute reduction in time to first response. Previously, Laura held various roles at Fishawack Communications, Inc., where as the Director of Operations, Laura was instrumental in establishing the company from its inception and expanding it to 25 employees before an acquisition. Other experience includes roles as an Analyst at Innovative Consulting, a Consultant at CSC Consulting, and as a data professional for major clients such as GlaxoSmithKline and DuPont. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College and completed coursework at General Assembly in 2017.
